Founded by Debbie Andrew, a CIPD-qualified HR professional with a background in both corporate HR and church leadership, Renew brings together the best of both worlds. After years in the corporate sector, Debbie went on to help launch and run a church within the HTB network, serving as Operations Manager. It was there she experienced first-hand the nuances, pressures, and pastoral dynamics that come with working in a church context — and saw the need for HR advice that truly understands those challenges and blessings. 

Motivated by this, she founded Renew People Solutions to offer a bespoke, values-driven approach to HR that supports both the practicalities of people management and the wellbeing of those who serve.

Debbie has linked up with other professionals, such as Occupational Therapists, who bring clinical insights into workplace health, physical ability and long-term wellbeing. Together we can offer an integrated approach to return to work planning, reasonable adjustments and long-term support for employees facing health or disability-related challenges.
